Akbuk

The bay of Akbuk stretches some 11 kilometers with the stunning backdrop of the Kiran Mountains and amazing forest areas, the waters here are shallow and non-tidal and crystal clear, the water often changes colour sometimes it’s clear blue another day it is truly turquoise.


Enjoy 300 days of eternal sunshine with the temperature around 35 – 40°C during the height of the season in July and August.

Temperatures barely drop below 14°C during the day in the winter months of December and January making it an ideal location for winter holidays too.
Temple of Apollo

Didyma Apollo Temple, one of the most important prophecy centers of the ancient world, is located in the city center of Didim
The name itself is not unique as there were many temples dedicated to the mythological god.

Temple of Apollo was once the ancient world's second largest; with 122 columns, only five fewer than Ephesus' Temple of Artemis.
Milet or Miletos

Milet is located on the southwestern border of the Menderes Plain (Menderes Ovası), between Söke and Didim, in an area with no traffic density.

Instead of big cities, there are several beautiful villages around it: Doğanbey in the north, Batıköy in the west, Akköy in the south and Balat next to it. Dilek Peninsula- extends to the Menderes Delta in the west of Miletus.

Lake Bafa

Just 20min drive from Akbuk you will find Lake Bafa. Situated in the beautiful Lake Bafa National Park, with the spectacular backdrop of Latmos mountain, Bafa is a haven of tranquillity.
The Bafa Lake used to be a part of Aegean Sea, turned to be a lake as result of geomorphologic development of Great Menderes Delta. Bafa Lake is one of the least spoiled watery areas at the shore, in Türkiye. The maximum depth of the Bafa Lake reaches to 25 meters.

Priene Ancient City

Priene is an ancient Hellenistic city located just to the north of Miletus in Western Turkey. The history of Priene dates back to the 7th century BCE.

It is believed that the original settlement was located by the sea. Priene was rich in religious life. The city’s most prominent sacred structure was the Temple of Athena Polias.
Priene is approximately 15 km away from Söke. The original origins of Priene are unknown, though legend dates the city’s founding to Athenian settlers in the 11th or 10th centuries BC
Pergamon

The site has remarkable remains from the Roman and Byzantine periods and is among the most spectacular in Turkey. The city's history dates back to the Ancient Bronze Age (3000 BC ).

The remains of Pergamon sit around 25 kilometers from the Aegean Sea in Bergama, Izmir.
